Salesforce is on a hiring spree this year. Here’s how much it pays for roles in engineering, data science, product management, and customer support

Sales and customer support roles are key to Salesforce’s business, but few were listed in the H-1B data. Account executives and customer success managers are focused on developing relationships with customers and making sure they’re using Salesforce products to their full potential. Support engineers and consultants also interface with customers. 

These roles had a wide range in salary in the data: from $58,000 at the low end to over $150,000 for manager-level positions.

Roles with a range had multiple salaries listed in the data, while roles with a single number only had one salary listed. Some of these positions listed pay by hour.

Senior principal support engineer: $43.82/hour to $69.81/hour (in annual pay roughly: $91,145 to $145,204)

Support engineer (tier 2) (OR): $68,578 (two roles in OR listed with the same salary)

Principal support engineer (IN): $107,390

Signature success engineer principal -tier 3 (CA): $119,018

Success engineer signature success – (tier 2) (WA): $58,261.00

Success agent senior (tier 2) (IN): $43.82/hour (roughly $91.145 annually)

Integration and API support engineer (CA): $145,246 

Senior manager, technical consulting (NJ): $157,893

Director, technical consulting (CA): $145,205

Senior solution consultant (CA): $136,947

Senior technical consultant (VA): $134,722

Technical consultant: $91,374 to $95,555

Technical account manager: $97,510 to $119,018

Account executive – financial services (CA): $72,779
