Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the rose 0.24% to hit a new 1-month high.
The best performers of the session on the were Ambu A/S (CSE:), which rose 6.75% or 20.1 points to trade at 318.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE:) added 5.03% or 34.2 points to end at 713.8 and ISS A/S (CSE:) was up 4.31% or 5.10 points to 123.35 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:), which fell 4.07% or 53.0 points to trade at 1249.0 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CSE:) declined 0.81% or 3.3 points to end at 403.0 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:) was down 0.55% or 5.2 points to 948.6.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 96 to 45 and 19 ended unchanged.
Shares in Pandora A/S (CSE:) rose to 3-years highs; up 5.03% or 34.2 to 713.8.
Crude oil for May delivery was up 2.64% or 1.55 to $60.20 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 2.25% or 1.40 to hit $63.55 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 1.00% or 17.25 to trade at $1746.05 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.27% to 6.2786, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4367.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.17% at 92.435.
