Radhakishan Damani cuts stake in four companies in June quarter

Radhakishan Damani booked profit in a couple to stocks in the June quarter 2021. The Dalal Street veteran reduced his holdings in four companies, and possibly exited two of them, latest quarter shareholding data suggests.

Meanwhile, he marginally increased stake in one company, Trendlyne data showed.

As per the latest corporate shareholding data filed, Damani held 14 stocks at the end of June quarter with a net worth of over Rs 145,631.4 crore.

Damani’s holding in Foods & Inns slipped below 1 per cent at the end of June 2021 quarter, hinting at a partial or complete exit. He held 23,76,000 equity shares, or 4.72 per cent, stake at the end of March. The stock has gained about 15 per cent during this period.

as his stakeholding in it was less than 1 per cent as of June 30, 2021. He held 1,92,50,00 equity shares, or 1.26 per cent stake, in the reality firm as of the preceding quarter. The stock has gained 70 per cent in 2021 so far.

Damani’s Bright Star Investments sold 64,000 shares of

, reducing his stake from 8,91,274 equity shares (1.74 per cent) in March quarter to 8,21,274 equity shares (1.61 per cent stake) at the end of June quarter.

His investment firm also booked profit in too. As of June 30, 2021, Damani held 3,98,770 (1.96 per cent) shares in the company. He sold 67,000 shares of the company between April and June 2021, the data showed.

On the contrary, another of his firms, Derive Trading, bought about 40,000 shares of United Breweries during the quarter, raising his holding to 32,44,109 equity shares from 32,04,485 .
