The first apartments at Jackton’s Sequoia Meadows are set to be released to homebuyers.
The award-winning homebuilder, CALA Homes, currently offers a collection of three-bedroom terraced homes as well as a number of outstanding four- and five-bedroom detached properties.
From this week they’ll be joined by the Kinloch apartments, which offer prospective homebuyers the choice of three different apartment styles.

The first release will include one and two-bedroom apartments, all part of CALA’s acclaimed Light and Space Collection.
This includes high specification finishes and open-plan living, providing the perfect home for modern day living.
And, thanks to the semi-rural location of Jackton, buyers can enjoy picturesque surroundings with plenty of open green space whilst being just a few miles from the centre of East Kilbride.
Liana Canavan, Sales and Marketing Director for CALA Homes (West), said: “We are incredibly excited to launch our very first phase of apartments at Sequoia Meadows.
“Due to demand, we launched Sequoia Meadows off-plan, from our development at Jordanhill Park with a range of terraced, semi-detached and detached homes.
“The response so far has been remarkable, so we expect the apartments to be just as popular.
“With the selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments, there really is something to suit a variety of homebuyers, including first-time buyers and downsizers, and the location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy idyllic village life while still being in easy reach of all the amenities Eaglesham and East Kilbride have to offer.”
As well as high specification finishes, each apartment building will be fitted with PV panels to help buyers run their homes more sustainably and cost-effectively.
The wider development will also feature a new purpose-built primary school as well as a selection of retail units, adding to the outstanding amenities already close at hand.
Prices for the Kinloch apartments start from £155,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and from £218,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
