Gordon Ramsay’s daughter Tilly Ramsay has revealed that he’s ‘really upset’ with her getting a new dancing partner on Strictly Come Dancing
Gordon Ramsay is said to be “really upset” that his daughter Tilly Ramsay has a new dance partner.
Tilly is competing in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing and is partnered up with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin.
The TV chef kept busy during lockdown filming dance routines on TikTok with Tilly, and is said to be feeling a bit put out that she’ll be dancing with someone new.
Tilly, 19, shared the news that she’d be dancing with Nikita, 23, with her dad on a FaceTime call.
Speaking on the show, TV presenter Tilly said: “I think it’d be great to see him dance [on the show].
“He’s actually really upset that I’ve got a new dance partner.”
Tilly has also revealed that they’re still planning to film their hilarious TikTok routines, despite Strictly now taking up a lot of her time.
Speaking to Radio Times, she revealed that he asked her: “‘But you will still dance with me?’ And I’m like, ‘Maybe you’ll have to go and find a dance partner, Dad.'”
She said of her mum Tana Ramsay: “I think my mum is really nervous, but excited — and just trying to show the excited part.
But she said despite missing their dance routines, Gordon is very excited to see her in the competition.
She added: “Honestly, every day, without fail, I wake up to him calling me, playing the Strictly theme tune and trying to dance around my room, and I’m like, ‘No, stop!’
“It’s sweet the first couple of times, but when it gets to a couple of months in, you’re like, ‘Please, stop!'”
During their video call, Gordon couldn’t resist giving Nikita a telling off.
“Dad, meet Nikita!” Tilly said, with Nikita saying: “Nice to meet you.”
Gordon then said: “Congratulations and good luck to you both.”
Tilly thanked her dad, but then Gordon commented: “Nikita, can you do me a favour? Can you do your shirt up?”
Tilly laughed as she put her hand to her head, saying “Oh dad…” before Nikita swiftly did his shirt up.
