Former Countdown star Carol Vorderman gave her army of social media admirers plenty to smile about as she flaunted her toned figure at her home gym
And judging by Carol’s latest gym selfie, it’s no wonder she has toned abs to die for.
Carol looked the picture of happiness as she shared a cheeky peek of herself working out in her home gym.
Dressed in skintight gym gear, the popular presenter flashed her toned stomach and biceps as she smiled at the camera.
In the background there are a few coloured dumbbells on the floor and a yoga mat.
And in another cheeky snap, Carol shows off her figure-hugging khaki top and jazzy leggings as she stands by a gym bench press.
Carol has made no secret of her gruelling fitness regime, one which has won her many admirers thanks to the finished results.
And after spending a summer enjoying the delights of her native Wales, Carol reflected on exercising outdoors and now getting back to work indoors now the winter months are approaching.
“Time to get back on the gym sessions,” the TV personality penned on her Instagram account.
“Had a glorious summer of hiking and paddle-boarding and chilling and dancing and laughing and a little bit of weightlifting.
“I swear I’ve grown a little bicep. Back into the gym, missed it.”
Carole has certainly been enjoyed some welcome holiday time – and only last month the TV brain box embraced some sightseeing and beach BBQs with friends.
And as had become her trademark these days, the maths whiz flaunted her fantastic figure in a string of revealing outfits, including a bikini and wetsuit.
But Carol swapped her beach wear for a stylish black dress for the Pride of Britain meeting.
“So weird wearing a proper dress again after living in beach scruffs for the summer,” she admitted.
“The black dress won. And we’re off….a wonderful night ahead at #MTAWARDS2021.
“So good to see lots of people celebrating together again.”
Meanwhile, Carole has been enjoying paddleboarding with her friends and shared some sweet snaps of herself drinking fizz after an energetic few hours on the Welsh coast.
“The best evening with my new #SUPSISTAS… A bit of paddling, lots of cooking and chomping on our beach with a stunning Welsh sunset and a paddle back as the sun went down. Thank you gang… you’re amazing,” she wrote.
