The FUT Companion App, the mobile version of the FUT Web App, will launch for FIFA 22 today.

The Companion App allows players to manage their FIFA 22 Ultimate Team on their mobile device, with players able to manage their team and start trading on the FUT transfer market when on the move, wherever they have a wifi or 3G/4G/5G connection.

The launch of the FIFA 22 Ultimate Team Web App and Companion App are highly anticipated by FUT fans as we get closer to the full release of FIFA 22, with the game having an official worldwide release date of Friday, October 1, 2021, but players who pre-order the Ultimate Edition can access the game from Monday, September 27, 2021.

FUT 22 is confirmed to have a host of new features and updates to their most popular game modes, including changes to Division Rivals and FUT Champions, new and improved stadium customisation, the introduction of FUT Heroes, Featured Team Of The Week items and more.

With all the new additions and updates coming to the full release of FUT 22, EA has also added new features and updates into the FIFA 22 Companion App, with its release just hours away.

So, when will the FIFA 22 Companion App be released?

The FIFA 22 Companion App will go live on Thursday, September 23, 2021, with an expected release time of 18:00 BST, 10:00 PT and 13:00 ET.

The FUT 22 Companion App allows players the ability to manage their Ultimate Team squads, completing Squad Building Challenges, customising their tactics, trading on the transfer market, buying packs from the FUT Store, customising their FUT Stadium and so much more, all on the go from their mobile phone wherever they have an internet connection, rather than relying on a PC or laptop to access the Web App.

The FIFA 22 Companion App will go live on Thursday, September 23, 2021, with an expected release time of 18:00 BST, 10:00 PT and 13:00 ET.

The FUT 22 Companion App is only available for players whose accounts are in good standing and have created their FUT clubs before August 14, 2021.

Players who have subscribed to EA Play on Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 can start their early access 10-hour trial of FIFA 22 after it was released on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.

EA Play is a subscription service that costs £3.99 per month or £19.99 annually for Xbox and PlayStation.

It is only a 10-hour trial, so it’s a limited amount of playtime, but all of your progress will still carry over when the full game becomes active upon release on October 1, or Monday, September 27 if players have pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of FIFA 22.

But, players on next-gen consoles are able to play FIFA 22 for a total of 20-hours, after an exploit was discovered if players download both the previous generation version and next-gen version of EA Play’s FIFA 22 trial.

FIFA 22 is available to pre-order now on all platforms.

Powered by Football, EA SPORTS FIFA 22 brings the game even closer to the real thing with a new season of innovation across every mode and groundbreaking next-gen HyperMotion gameplay technology on PlayStation5 that elevates every moment of the match.
